| Sadie (my Granddaughter) thinks Spud is nice, and he is. Spud came
to us from Idaho, hence his name. He is a gorgeous black & white boar
that is as gentle as a kitten. He loves to be scratched and is an
attention grabber. He's very powerfully built. He will be the sire of
our piglets this year. |
 |
| I took this picture intentionally from this angle to show Jeannie's
tail. She is very feminine, but she also has a lot of hair. Her tail is
so long it literally touches the ground when uncurled. Her ears
look huge, but some of that is hair resulting in tassels! She is a
tremendous momma. Typical of kunes, she is very friendly. |
 |
| Here's Shirley with gilt Daisy. She is unbelievably tame and craves
attention. Personality plus is her most valued trait. She has a picture
perfect head and conformation, very good legs and feet.
Daisy is the mother of the litter pictured below. |

Here's Daisy's fabulous litter...2
black&white boars, 2black&white gilts, and one brown&white boar. They
were born January 14, 2012 and are two days old in this picture. |
 |
|
Another litter of five.....two boars and
three gilts. Born January 23rd, 2012 they are only hours old in this
picture. Some are available. |
 |
| Here's our newest addition! He's a ginger & black sired by a New
Zealand import. He will add
diversified genetics to our growing herd. Since he is the color of a
shiny new penny, his farm name is Copper. Like all kunekunes, he has a
great personality.....very brave and friendly. He has great
conformation, double wattles, a nice dished face, and a wide head. We
anxiously await his first litter.. |
 |
| Lil Hercules is uniquely colored, being a gorgeous gold & black with
a few ginger spots. I couldn't resist keeping him back, at least for
while, to see how he matures,. He's very laid back and inquisitive. He
has double wattles, great conformation, a nice head....he has it all.
Look at that long wavy hait! |
 |
| This is Possum Face! She's very outgoing and demands attention.
Regardless of her fat belly in this picture, she was the smallest of the
gilts born September 23, but she has the most outgoing personality.
She's always the first one to greet me and wants a belly rub! |
